All of Aviva’s call centres are based in the UK and at the point of making a claim you will be allocated a dedicated claims handler, helping you to get back to normal as quickly as possible. Should you find yourself suffering severe damage we will use experts who have specialist knowledge of heritage and historic buildings to help you put everything back as it was before.
